The premises are set back from Broad Street up a cobbled passage and has the most amazing atmosphere I have experienced. There is a casual bar/bistro area, outside dining with waitress service and the restaurant area. It is well known to locals but could be easily missed by visitors. The menu caters for all tastes and the wine menu is fantastic. The Rioja is especially recommended, it is full bodied and very smooth. Evening meals are slightly more expensive than the lunchtime menu but are all excellent value for money. The three course set meals, with multiple choice starters, main courses and desserts are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and you will feel most welcome.
