Reputedly 450 years old and was originally opened as a Seaman's Mission and it was a haven for seamen and smugglers ! Also has a resident (friendly) ghost and his dog ! Most of the fish on the menu is supplied direct by local trawlers and all the meat by the local butcher. Pub is in most Good Food Guides and is also 'Egon Ronay' recommended.
