Situated just off the A283 between Petworth and Pulborough, the Black Horse Inn is a beautifully set country pub in the village of Byworth. Inside, this 16th Century Inn has the perfect Old World country look and feel. The bar is fairly small but has an excellent selection of beers .The kitchen and menu are undergoing changes which will lead to a full range of home cooked meals from the award winning chef. The interior of the pub, with wattle and daub style walls and oak beams, is a perfect place for small or large parties of people, with a separate upstairs dining area looking out over the garden. The garden and adjoining stream look out over a beautiful valley in the South Downs. The view looks down upon layers of trees and flowers before spreading out into fields.
