Country pub near Lake Windermere, serving up to 16 real ales and a traditional cider. A large range of bottled beers from different countries and up to 50 different whiskies are also available. Extensive bar menu including daily specials. Children welcome in the top bar, dogs welcome in the bottom bar, where there is also a window into the beer cellar. Story night of the 1st Tuesday of the month, live music on the 3rd Tuesday. There are 7 en-suite rooms available, all no-smoking. The beer range varies, those mentioned below were on when our researcher visited.
