Converted Merchant Venturers' hall. The interior is astonishing. A huge high-ceilinged hall, with ornate and brightly painted ceilings and massive portraits of local luminaries around the walls. There is a dome in the middle. The bar forms a U-shape in the centre, and there is an additional family dining area to the rear.
