16th century inn on the bank of the river Wye. Building is split into two parts, on the left is the bar, featuring a red phone box containing the public phone; to the right is the dining area. There are two separate outdoor areas, with plenty of tables where you can eat while watching canoes travel down the river. Parking is for residents only, but there are public car parks nearby. To find the pub, follow the signs to Symonds Yat East from the A40 between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth.
