Large roadside inn which, as the name suggests, is a pub which concentrates on a wide range of guest cask ales. Diagonally patterned wooden floors, with wooden bench booths at one end; while at the other is a carpeted area with more simple stool seating and the pool table. There are 12 cask ale hand pumps on the bar and a tap room traditionaly serving up to 24 cask ales, cask mild and cider. Check their web site for the current list of beers available, as they change often. Live music Thu/Fri/Sat evenings, Sunday Roasts, themed Steak Nights, Skittles Alley, and regular beer festivals.
