NEW LANDLORD IN 2009 Lovely old building right on the side of Langstone Harbour. The water comes up to the doors during spring tides, and the view is spectacular at high or low water. There is a rear lawn as well as some seats in front of the pub. Inside there is a long bar, with a snug to the left, and a separate dining-style room to the rear/right. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the pub.
