A former Courage House sold by Richard Ellis in February 2005 to Butcombe. It is a popular community lounge bar with an L-shaped bar, small comfortable drinking area to the left and a more spacious drinking/dining room through the back. The sun trap garden boasts a children's play area and petanque piste.
