Taken over and completely refurbished by Bath Ales back in 2002, this large roadside brick-built pub now boasts a black and terra cotta decor, with the emphasis on simplicity and real ale. There is a small snug room off to the left, and a garden for summer's days. Kids are welcome until 6pm. Popular among Bristol Rovers and Bristol Rugby Club fans.
